NorthPark Apartments are the new premiere luxury community within Bethlehem Township that takes into account modernization. Along with that we believe our location is superior than all of the other local competition. Nestled back from the main road with our ‘back yard’ being Bethlehem Municipal Park Complex and their Community Center/Pool, a self storage facility for all of your storage needs, The Goddard School and Farmerville Elementary school are adjacent to the property in case you need to drop off the little ones during the day, and Penn DOT William Penn Highway Park and Ride for daily commuters and day trips to NJ/New York City. Shopping and restaurants for all your needs are less than 5 minutes away.



For each person older than 18 years old applying and corporate lease there is a $40 application fee.


At NorthPark Apartments we believe our location offers more and better public amenities than anyone else but we do also have a mandatory amenity fee for different things that are included for residents. We have included Package Concierge service for the online shopper, trash valet for the rainy/snowy days, 24/7 fitness studio in the building, and a gas fire pit/BBQ set up in our courtyard.


As pet lovers ourselves we allow domesticated animals (at a maximum of two pets per apartment.) We realize that pets come in all sizes so we do not have a weight limit but do have breed restrictions including but not limited to: Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid, Great Dane, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Akita, German Shepherd, American Pitt Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or any mix of listed breeds
Exotic pets are not allowed in the apartment complex.

There is a one-time pet fee of $300 per pet, and a monthly charge of $35 per pet fee. Although if you can prove that your pet is a rescue pet we will change the monthly pet fee to $30 per pet.



The security deposit is equal to one months rent of your unit and is held in an escrow account until you leave. As long as there is no outstanding balanced owed on your account and if there are no damages to the apartment your security deposit is refundable. Your security deposit is not allowed to be used for rent.


As long as you give us enough notice ahead of time (90 days written notice to the property management team) An early termination fee is paid that is equal to 2 months rent plus returning of any concessions provided during the lease term and sign up promotions. And the account must be fully satisfied with all outstanding items.


We encourage you to reserve any apartments since the demand is so high that you’ll want to grab them before anyone else can. The reservation fee is $300, which will be credited to your first months rent upon move in.


We made it easier than ever for maintenance and repair requests. If there is ever a need to repairs, all you have to do is log on to your Resident Portal and tell us what’s up and what needs repair. From there we’ll put in a work order within 24 hours and you can check the progress of that work order through your Resident Portal.

If it’s an emergency repair, please do not hesitate and call the property management emergency hotline immediately. We want to keep a safe environment for everyone in the community.



Yes we do have fully furnished rooms if you wish to have your clients/contractors stay in an elegant apartment complex for their stay.


Rent is due on the 1st of each month.


We make it easy on everyone and help set up electronic payments in the beginning of the lease and can even set up automatic payments so you’ll never have to worry about late fees if it slips your mind. You can pay electronically anytime/anywhere as long as you have access to your resident portal. We also accept personal checks/cash which can be sent in to our management team’s lockbox to be deposited.


We understand that friends and family would love to come visit your brand new luxury apartment. They can stay as long as they want, after 14 days though they will be considered an occupant and will need to apply and be accepted in order to be added onto the lease agreement.


There will always be plenty of parking at NorthPark Apartments, no need to worry about finding a spot. We have an average of 2.5 parking spaces per apartment. Our complex also offers private garages to rent for storage.


Our complex also offers private garages to rent for storage of your car and other belonging. And also just in case you wanted to keep that snow off your car in the Winter time or hot Summer months.


While we do have select garages to rent out, we do not have self storage units. What we do have is Budget Storage and Lock Self Storage as our neighbor, which is offering a partnership deal with NorthPark Apartments. Contact our leasing agents for more details.


We have a mail room with security cameras in place for all your mail needs. Inside that mailroom, we are using Package Concierge service to hold your medium sized packages for you.


Everybody has different schedules and everybody has free time at different parts of the day, so we’re keeping the fitness studio open 24/7.


As enticing as it seems with our extended balconies to set up your outside grill, we do not allow grilling in the complex. What we do have is a picnic area in our courtyard with BBQ gas grills and then Bethlehem Municipal Park is within a minutes walk with multiple charcoal BBQ grills just waiting for some of your kebabs.
